Pros: 1. Salary increments and work culture are good, considering other service-based companies.
Cons: These depend on the project.
1. 5 days work from office since March 2022.
2. Work on weekends and late nights without extra allowance.
3. Making it more horrible, colleagues don't have minimum skills; they used to assign database and infra-related issues to me, a UI Developer.
4. Got blamed for bugs in code written by senior developers.
5. Poor planning from leadership and managers.
