In the second round, they will ask you core Java and Advanced Java-related questions. You also need to execute some logical programs.

Pros: Excellent culture, great benefits, access to a multitude of courses, badges, and learning paths, competent team, pleasant environment.
Cons: Salary below market average and a career plan that leaves much to be desired. In almost two years at the company, I've never seen anyone promoted, nor receive any type of bonus or financial recognition, even after exceeding all service goals, trainings, certifications, and contributions to the community.

Pros: Stability, if a contract ends, you continue to study and receive benefits until you find another contract.
Courses and certifications paid for by the company.
Food/Meal Voucher with a competitive value compared to other companies.
Cons: You must pursue your goals and paths for promotions. Opportunities are not lacking, but they are not clear and you must sometimes assert yourself to achieve advancement.
