Excellent culture, great benefits, access to a multitude of courses, badges, and learning paths, competent team, pleasant environment.
Salary below market average and a career plan that leaves much to be desired. In almost two years at the company, I've never seen anyone promoted, nor receive any type of bonus or financial recognition, even after exceeding all service goals, trainings, certifications, and contributions to the community.
