I joined GH through a campus interview. The process included:
- One online test
- One technical round
- One HR round
The online test was difficult and required going through training and understanding the process. The technical round focused on basics.

Pros: - Flexible timings (depends on project and client).
- Good day off policy.
Cons: Don't expect much of a hike even if you got so many appreciations and 200% of your dedication.
The GBS Unit completely depends on the client and their work culture.
