First, you will receive a link to an online assessment. This assessment is made up of puzzle game questions and some programming questions, both of which are really easy. After you finish it, you will receive information about the next interview.

Pros: Large company. Many benefits. Unlimited opportunities to learn. Many aids.
Cons: Often, we find ourselves unassigned without tasks to solve, depending on the project. Most of the people who help you at the beginning of the journey seem like robots. They provide information with generic and predefined messages.
The team's culture can often cause delays. The use of outdated software development techniques are the most common examples I've witnessed. But this will also depend on the team you are assigned to.

Pros: None that I have come across.
Cons: 1. Bad management attitude; they don't understand professionalism.
2. Scammers! They will tell you that you will be hired for a role, not giving much info on the client-side interview. Later, when you are unable to crack it, they put you on some other project if they don't have a project with your skillset.
3. They don't care about your skillset and lie a lot regarding the project. They just want you to tag in that project.
