Pros: IBM is a great place to work. I started my journey as a Graduate Hire, and it has been more than 3 years with IBM.
Pros are:
* Work-life balance
* Best training is provided
* Better management
* Learning new technologies and applying them in projects leads to great career opportunities
* Hikes (depends mostly on project)
* Care about employees
* Rich culture and values
And many more.
Cons: No cons noticed as such.

If you are on the bench pool (no project), HR will push you into skill-based projects.
