Pros: - Have the elasticity to manage your work life and personal life.
- Work from home facility is there.
- Opportunity available to learn new technologies (but people manager has to be fully convinced).
- Full job security.
- Onsite opportunity.
Cons: - Very low yearly hike according to other IT firms in the market.
- Variable amount is kept as minimal as possible.
- You have to be a jack of all trades to get all hikes and full variable.
- You have to stretch your office work hours since you have been provided a laptop.
