Process
The recruitment process consisted of three tests I took in the same day.
- Java Basics Test: This focused more on general OOP concepts and I had 45 minutes to finish it.
- SQL Test: This included questions about theoretical knowledge and some medium-difficulty queries. I had one hour to complete it.
- English Language Test: This was the third and final test.
After finishing all the technical tests, I had an interview with the project team leader. It was a general discussion and did not last more than half an hour.
Questions
The questions were not difficult at all, considering this was an internship application. Their purpose was more to test general programming concepts I should have learned at university.
