They hired all students regardless of their knowledge. If that is the case, why do they hire GH and then remove them for cost-cutting?

Pros: - Great people.
- A pathway to change your career if you network and help people.
- I've had great managers.
- Opportunity to learn and develop skills outside of your job title.
- Love the Agile Floor!
- My managers have kept me very informed on the politics of the business.
Cons: - Not many perks (free coffee would be an instant morale booster).
- Moving away from remote work (depends on perspective).

Pros: Good work-life balance.
Freedom in the company to access every material, different sites, and your work time.
No swap in, swap out.
After two years, you can change your project.
Many projects have onsite opportunities, but you have to be dedicated then only.
Cons: Most of the projects are maintenance projects for the big telecom companies of the world.
Hikes are very less, which can be frustrating after two or three years.
It's not a good place for freshers looking for a lot of learning, enjoyment, and money.
