Pros: Well, I would recommend everyone who has a vision to learn and grow. Then, IBM is the right place for you. Without having a second thought, just go for it.

* Great learning platforms to up-skill yourself along with mentors
* Ethical place
Cons: Certainly, IBM tries to improve each time. If there are any flaws, so far in my journey at IBM, I didn't find any.
