Process
There were two rounds.
The first was an aptitude round with three sections:
- The first section had 18 questions on number series.
- The next 18 covered proportions, percentages, and time and distance.
- The last 18 were verbal questions. For this section, refer to previous IBM year papers; most of the questions will be the same.
The second round was with HR. These were mostly general questions, testing analytical skills. The questions differ from HR to HR. There were about 10 HR representatives for 160 candidates.
