Process
There are basically two rounds. The first round is technical and not too difficult, filled with basic technical questions on tools I have worked with.
The second is a Managerial/HR round, which involves basic non-technical questions. Both rounds are easy to crack.

Pros: If you join as a fresher, you get exposed to a plethora of technological avenues to choose your career from. Lots of learning opportunities.
Cons: Salary hikes are pathetic.
