Good work opportunity in SAP and other ERP software. Helpful management. Decent growth opportunity. Company is well structured with a strong management system.
Minimum work/life balance is an issue.
There's always a shortage in manpower, so being overloaded with work is an everyday phenomenon.
Low compensation compared to market rates.
An increase in monetary compensation may result in a lower attrition rate. We need better manpower planning so that employees will get a decent workload. Employees should use all the holidays given to them.
