Pros: Lots of growth opportunities. Good conditions. Great food budget. Smart people.
Raises occur every year, but in very small bumps, barely 5 or 6% annually if you are good.
Cons: Perhaps the most bureaucratic organization I have seen. Extremely slow and process-oriented. Management is out of touch, and it's all about "corporate look at me."

Pros: Big corporate, fair salaries, don't fire easily, makes efforts to find a job even if a product is closed.
Cons: When I worked there, we didn't have interesting products.
I didn't feel the HR at all: no company events, no bonuses.
