Pros: The people you work with are great.
The work is interesting.
Work-life balance is good.
Cons: There is limited opportunity for promotion at IBM. An employee can stay at one level for many, many years. My advice is to move on to another company if, after 3-5 years, your career stagnates, even though your performance and evaluations are high.
