Pros: It used to be flexibility. I liked working with good people; there are still good people in there, but for how long, I don't know.
Cons: No training, no budget, poor pay, nothing.
Late-night calls. Expected to give and give, but in return, not even a sincere thanks.
Too much fakeness in management.
