Process
Incredibly simple process with very little depth.
Lackluster interviewers, ill-prepared.
Man potato. Fish softball.
I don’t have anything else to say; thirty words is a weird limit. Makes garbage like this.

Good company in tough times
Engineer • Current Employee
East Fishkill, New York, United States
March 30, 2014
Pros: Good and competent people. Lots of learning opportunities. At least lower-level management is trying to do the "right" things for the employee. Work-life balance is recognized and supported.
Cons: The top executive is questionable, with unclear business directions.
During tough times, there's no clear leadership from above to articulate the strategy.
There is a clear disconnect from the top brass to the rank-and-file, even to the lower management chain.
A moral issue needs to be addressed properly.
