Pros: Largely a professional and goal-oriented team, vertically and horizontally.
The company has a decent ESG track record.
Company is a global leader in values, ethics, and work environment, along with our product.
Cons: Bureaucracy. And required "learning" which is mostly useless, as it either assumes we all work for sales or is so niche that it can hardly be relevant to anyone other than those who put it together.
