Easy interview process. The online test was hard, but I don't think it mattered at all, just for Human Resources statistics. Then, a phone interview from Human Resources, plus another technical interview from an employee. Basic Java questions.

Great Training, Shifting Projects

Pros: Good opportunity for new graduates looking for experience. A lot of training is provided, such as Java courses.
Cons: Projects can change from Java projects to Big Data and totally be something completely different than what you were hired for. No complaining for me though, since it gave me good experience.

Pros: It's a job, and they seem pretty willing to hire new developers if you show an aptitude for learning.
Cons: * The pay is poor.
* 45 hours a week compared to a more standard 40 hours.
* Minimal vacation hours.
* I worked fully remote, so there was very little opportunity to socialize.
