This is the second time I've applied to IBM. They sent a coding challenge and then never responded.
Every time I passed all tests, wrote commented code, and created simple functions, they never allowed me to talk to a human or express myself.
They ask applicants to spend 2+ hours on a coding challenge and don't even bother to send a rejection email. Each time, I have to log into their outdated system to discover that my application is no longer under consideration.
Such a waste of time!
