Remote Denied, Forced New Roles
- Used to be able to work from home.
- Good benefits.
- Unlimited sick days.
- Took away the work-from-home option.
- Only gave MacBooks to some employees.
- Only gave some employees the modern agile/open workspace.
- I was in the closed-in, dark offices.
- They made you do jobs you weren't prepared to do (I had to do test automation and back-end development).
Do not take away the work-from-home benefit. It was the only good thing about the company.
