I applied in January and received an online assessment in mid-March.
The process began with an online assessment that consisted of behavioral and technical questions. It took about two weeks to hear back, and I discovered that the next round was a phone interview with a "guru."
The guru interview itself was not too difficult, and the guru told me he would put in a good review for me.
After two weeks of not hearing back, I decided to follow up with my recruiter. I was ignored for another two weeks before being told that my application was still under review. Another week passed, and I followed up with my recruiter again. I was told that I would hear back sometime during that day.
Finally, after another week had passed, I emailed my recruiter again, stating that I had never received my application result, but I never got a response. About another week after I sent my last email, I received a feedback email asking about my overall interview experience. I thought this was strange, as I had never even received my result. About four days after receiving the feedback email, I received an email informing me that the role I had applied for had been filled.
Overall, the actual interviewing portions were fine, but the lack of transparency and correspondence from my recruiter was extremely disappointing.
