The hiring process was very fast. I applied online and was invited to do the IPAT test two days after. Two days after the IPAT test, I got an email for an onsite interview. Three days later, I had a phone interview.

Pros: Motivating job: IBM gives interesting challenges that you won't find in some companies.
Flexibility: You can work from home or even from another country.
Collaboration tools: Working at IBM gives you the chance to use many collaboration tools such as Sametime, Rational Team Concert, and e-Meetings.
Salary and benefits: decent salary and benefits.
Cons: * Lack of structure. Our team didn't apply most of the techniques proposed by agile and other processes. We didn't even have iterations.
* Management is mostly composed of non-technical employees.
* Lack of communication between management, marketing, development, user experience, and testing. Every department is isolated from the other.
* Microsoft offers a better salary.
