Pros: Best company to be working in this decade, in my experience. There is a guaranteed work-life balance, and we often get to meet leaders/partners with whom we can talk freely about any career-related issue. So much to add, but if you have a matching skillset to one of the job roles/titles, as a no-brainer, just apply!
Cons: As a Consultant in a tier-2 city, or what we call an ETC (Emerging Tech Center), it is next to impossible to switch your city or choice of work location.
