Process
The interview process consisted of three rounds:
- An online test with 15 multiple-choice questions and one programming question (no time limit).
- A one-on-one technical interview.
- A managerial interview.
All rounds were completed in a single day. The questions were very simple, covering Java and project-related topics. After the managerial round, a biometric check (fingerprints and photo) was required.

Pros: Opportunity for almost every technology there is.
Great exposure in terms of large projects and clients.
Mostly good atmosphere among projects & courses to learn & grow for entry-level employees. (As there are loads of projects, individual experiences may vary.)
Cons: It's easy to get lost between all the technologies and projects in the Big Blue.
There's no proper framework to monitor working hours and claim utilization.
There's no proper pantry, cafeteria, or canteen for lunch and snacks.
Employees usually have to extend their hours as management does not possess the proper skill to negotiate with the client and often resorts to agreeing to every request and deadline.
