A two-person technical interview reviewed my CV and asked questions based on the technologies included.
However, the questions were quite broad and never got too specific.
The interview never felt particularly pressurized, and the interviewer seemed at times to struggle for questions.

Pros: It has a good name in the market and some benefits.
Cons: The best talents, one day they will leak from here because of the company's rotten promotion policy. Employees for 10 years as Band 6, for example, is a classic case.

Pros: Stable company, good for those who want to stay in it. Good culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect, with friendly and professional colleagues. Many channels for free courses and vouchers for certifications. Great benefits (meal voucher, food voucher, health plan, etc.).
Cons: - Very bureaucratic to change accounts and promotions.
- Little support at the beginning to know what to do.
- Many mandatory courses that are repetitive.
- Clients with very legacy technologies (you have to be careful not to fall behind and find time to study, because often the technologies do not keep up with the market).
- Very long work hours (44 hours per week + probable overtime to meet deadlines).
