Pros: If you want to gain some knowledge and leave ASAP.
Cons: It's a huge corporation with little overseeing at the bottom of the ladder.
If you know someone, you can climb even in technical positions without sufficient knowledge.
Very poor, archaic management.
The company became greedy since the beginning of the 2000s and is trimming the benefits.

Cons: No investment in equipment for staff, such as chairs and peripherals.
Also, there doesn't seem to be much opportunity for career advancement.
