Pros: Good work-life balance, good remuneration. Most of the top-level officials are good and are helpful professionally.
Cons: Way more hectic schedules than others. The life offered here gives you almost everything except a very vital component – time. If not today, then someday or the other, one will opt for more time, and that's where the problems creep in.
