Pros: - WFH (3 days)
- Work-life balance
- Flexible hours
- They encourage you to innovate and require you to study at least 40 hours every year.
- Equipment
- Employee association
- Transportation, but it is not free.
Cons: - Salaries are not bad, but they are below the market.
- Month payment.
- It is really hard to get a salary increase or a good promotion.
- WPS policies are sometimes annoying.
- They force you to do OT in order to recover time for your vacations (something that I've never understood).
- They pay you the OT, but only after the 12th hour per day.
- Some managers have favoritism with older employees.
