Horrible underpaying company
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Austin, Texas, United States
July 24, 2022
Pros: I wasted many, many years at this company to finally find out I was way underpaid for my skills and for what I was contributing to the company.
Also, in this company, if you are a gentle, low-key, horrible, non-technical person, management will step over you big time.
I wish you'll never recover, IBM.
Cons: Horribly underpaying and discriminating when it comes to promotions.
