Pros: The community of designers is wonderful.
Solving difficult problems through design.
Being part of the whole process of design.
Great place to learn about other design disciplines.
The organization as a whole has come a long way in a few years with regards to incorporating design and design thinking. (Still has a long way to go, but there is progress.)
Cons: Suffers from the typical faults of a large corporation.
As a visual designer, opportunities to be creative are somewhat limited.
Overall happiness is VERY dependent on the team and org.
