The process was very quick and relatively painless. From the initial application to hiring took approximately two weeks. First, there was a one-hour phone screen with a senior staff member. During this interview, they asked me to talk about my work.

They flew me down for an interview and treated me to a great weekend. I toured the beautiful studio and met the great staff. This was the best interview I ever had! It was quite relaxed in nature, and the one-on-one interviews were informal.
