Pros: Working on the latest technology, you get to see very fast-paced development.
Cons: There is nothing like HR at IBM. Everything is in the hands of your manager. If you are lucky, you will get a good manager, and your life will be sorted here. If you get a bad manager, no matter what/how/when you contribute, you will end up in hell. So, the luck factor is a bit classic here.
