Process
The hospitality was good. I had a telephone interview and was then asked to come over to Ohio for a one-on-one interview.
It had two technical rounds and an HR round. The first technical interview was good, and the second technical interview was kind of a stress interview.
After two weeks, I got through.

Cons: I was stuck on a team managing a legacy product, which stunted my personal growth. Requests for a transfer or additional opportunities were left unanswered.
