Software Developer Graduate Interview Experience - Hursley, United Kingdom
Process
Initially, I took an online IQ test, which included number sequences and other math problems. After that, I had to attend a full day of interviews on-site.
Most of the day consisted of group activities and exercises, brain teasers, and client-facing tests. I was asked many questions, such as:
- What would you do if you had an unrealistic deadline?
- What would you do if the system you built crashed during the demo?
Interestingly, I was not asked anything about programming.
Questions
They presented me with three alternative companies to develop the mobile app for a pet shop. I had to decide and convince my manager which was the best alternative.
