It was a good experience.
I was shortlisted based on an online coding test.
The process involved:
- Two rounds of technical interviews
- One round of HR
The interviewers were very friendly, as was the HR representative.
The process went on from 9 AM to 5 PM.
During the onboarding time, the HR was very friendly, and onboarding was smooth overall.
I'm feeling very great about joining IBM.
