The first round was a gamified aptitude test. It was like playing games. The games included building blocks, bubble shooter, etc.
The second round was a coding round, which had two coding questions. One was pattern printing, and the other was an SQL question.

Pros: IBM takes great pride in its employees.
There were multiple talks given about how employees made a difference to the company and its current course.
My manager was incredibly open and met with me weekly to make sure my work was going well and that I was having a good experience.
At times it was a little difficult to learn all the different tools I used, but there was plenty of documentation, and the people were incredibly helpful.
Cons: The workspace was very secluded. I often felt very cut off from the outside world, but I think that's just because of how the buildings were made.
