The written round consisted mostly of number series and aptitude questions. Each question had its own timer, so one should be very fast in solving the questions.
The interview was mostly HR-related questions and also related to latest technology like cloud and big data. The interview process had a lot of document verification. The process took 3 days.

Pros: IBM is one of the best companies that provides a hybrid model of work.
The work environment is also very good as long as you are working with supporting colleagues.
Cons: In some projects, the team leads/seniors treat other employees very badly, which makes their work life worse. This completely depends on your project colleagues.
