Pros: Good management.
Intelligent coworkers.
Moderate work/life balance.
All employees can be heard.
Free snacks and beverages.
IBM doesn't make you feel guilty for taking sick time.
While coding is very sink or swim, my team's method for on-the-job training was impeccable.
Cons: No slide to the parking lot.

Cons: Terrible culture. Good luck if you’re a woman. Outdated systems because the older generation refuses to change. Non-transferrable skills.
