I applied online via their website. I was then approached by email and scheduled a Skype interview with some of the managers from the USA.
Afterwards, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview in their offices. About two or three weeks later, I was offered a position.

Pros: Employees get good exposure to the latest technologies. Once you work with IBM, the industry rates you highly. They always keep improving their technology stack.
Cons: Too much focus on customer satisfaction leads to less attention to employee growth and satisfaction. Employees are sometimes given unrealistic targets which are never met, however, the employee slogs till the end.
