Pros: Besides its brand name, IBM offers great benefits: mobility, stability, job security, limitless hardware and software opportunities, amazing coworkers, beautiful offices, employee benefits, and a minimally stressful work environment.
Cons: IBM is at the very edge of San Jose, a bit of a commute for some.
Also, the company is very stable, but because it is so large, it may be a bit difficult to climb the career ladder.
