Pros: 1. It is an ocean of opportunity unless you know where to direct and grow.
2. It is like a government firm, and job stability is there.
Cons: 1. There are a lot of cons. I will start with compensation. I would say it is the worst payer in the industry. The management expects us to work like donkeys with 0% hike.
2. No growth at all. People here sit in the same role for ages, hoping for a promotion, but they don't get it.
3. It is like a government firm with a lot of employees but no clear directions from management.
4. Lot of office politics and internal references happen here.
5. Not an ideal place to work to learn new things.
