I applied online and received an email asking about accommodation for a cognition test.
I was then sent a link to the cognition test.
After that, I waited three weeks before any indication of anything.
I had to check their website for any indicators of their response, as they don't send an email back if they reject you.
They didn't have the courtesy to let me know anything for three weeks.
