Process
I received an email for the interview. It was a one-on-one interview. The interviewer asked about previous projects I have done besides academic ones.
They also asked some behavioral questions, such as:
- How I handle conflicts with other people.
- What I do if someone doesn't contribute to a group project.
At the end, there was one technical question: how to delete a node from a linked list. It was pretty easy. I haven't received any offer yet.

Pros: Originally? Training, education, paid certification, bonuses, profit sharing, effective team meetings, and clear communication through the management chains.
Cons: Now? Absolutely none of the above. Everyone is burned out, hiring freezes, no education budgets, no certification budgets, minimal growth profit sharing, no band promotions, cross-team collaboration is dismal, etc.
