Very casual interview done over lunch at a local restaurant near school. I didn't ask many hard questions; I just tried to get to know the candidate.
The candidate submitted their resume, credentials, etc., online and also took an online math diagnostic test.
After being hired, "orientation" lasted for the day and included a tour of facilities, badging, and getting a laptop.
