Pros: Access to lots of learning. People that work there are usually pretty good to work with. First, second, and third-level management are very good.
Cons: Executives don't care about employees; they see them as cogs in the machine, with an extremely short-term view of the company. They are trying to grow, but the downside is reducing focus on current products.
