Process

Online IQ test: this is reasonably easy and consists of logic questions. If you get one right, you receive a harder question. Therefore, if the questions get harder, you are doing well.

In-person Assessment Centre:

At the centre (dress formally, wear a suit or jacket and tie), they will administer an easier version of the IQ test to verify you did not cheat on the online one. Following this, you will participate in a series of group interviews that focus on your teamwork abilities. Do not try to win; aim to help your team succeed. Be inclusive and solicit input from everyone without being overbearing.

Next, you will complete a couple of in-person interviews. You will likely present a pre-prepared presentation using someone's laptop. I recommend formatting it as a PDF.

For the graduate interview, there were no coding questions, as they hire individuals without degrees. However, there were questions assessing general coding ability.
