The process was smooth. The interview was of a good level for a fresher, which included Java, DSA, Linux, OS, SE, etc. There were theoretical and practical questions. After selection, the biometric process happened on the spot.

Pros: IBM had a great work/life balance. Hours were flexible, and working from home was a nice option. There were tons of opportunities within IBM, and it was easy to network with other departments, locations, and roles.
Cons: IBM is going through a lot of internal changes, so lots of teams got moved/shifted around.
My team had only 4 people on it when I started my internship. Partway through, we got combined into a new team of 12.
There was always news of products being dropped or moved to a new location, and also news of acquisitions or new products.
