- Aptitude Test (Tough)
- English communications test (focused on mail communication and grammar)
- GD (to check pronunciation and communication skills)
- HR (covering mini and main projects)
Overall, the experience was good. However, it took 10 days for the next interview round to be scheduled. Patience is key in this process, as IBM's hiring process involves many procedures.
Questions
Aptitude tests are tough to clear. Later, it's all fine if you have good communication skills.
