Pros: For a motivated employee, the sky is the limit and the opportunities are endless at IBM. You can work from anywhere in the world, and IBM provides excellent work-from-home opportunities.
Cons: The only downside is the size of the organization. In other words, you'll be a small fish in an ocean! However, there are plenty of opportunities to make your way up the corporate ladder.
